Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the ME-CAM app. Welcome to ME-CAM, an app that allows you to create personalized emojis using your own pictures. By accessing or using this app, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, which govern your use of our app. If you do not agree with any of these terms and conditions, you may not access or use our app. The term ‘ME-CAM’ or ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to the owner of the app. The term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of our application. 4.User-Generated Content
You are solely responsible for any content that you upload or create using ME-CAM, including but not limited to pictures and emojis. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to use the content, and that the content does not infringe on any third-party rights. By uploading or creating content, you grant ME-CAM a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display the content worldwide.
5.Privacy
ME-CAM collects certain information from you when you use the app, including but not limited to your pictures and device information. We may use this information to improve the app and to provide personalized content and advertising. 6.Disclaimer of Warranties
